Neko... On-One make a disc mount for their single speeds... I've got one sitting in the toolbox. Easy as... fits into the horizontal dropout... slides back and forth with the axle (tyaking the caliper with it) and locks when you tighten the axle.

Got to say this sounds like a great buy and if I wasn't such a fatty in need of EVERY gear I could get I'd consider buying it myself!
