hey i havent posted a pic of my new ride yet and i got this one so here it is, being used and all. looks sweet!


Ok i got some new pics for you all, some didnt have stickers as my new frame is still an 08 proto, not much changes really except different link plates, lower pivot, slacker head angle longer top tube and a few small changes too the front triangle.

frame- Appalache Real with manitou 6 way
fork- Manitou travis intrinsic 180mm
headset- Fsa Pig dh
bar- Sic USA Race camodizied
brakes- juicy 7
cranks- Middleburn rs7 165mm
guide- mrp carbon boomerang with alloy bashie
wheels- Atom lab aircorp on DT 440s
seat- Funn camo
pedals- Funn souljam (old one were alab)
tires- changing between kenda and maxxis
BB- SKF stainless steel
grips- ODI ruffian
post- easton
derailuer- SRAM x9
shifter- SRAM x9
chain- KMC x9
cassette- SRAM 970

Balfas and appalanches have always been the best looking dh bikes around IMO. That picture backs up my statement.

thanks guys, i will get some better pics and a spec list for you when i can but with the amount of races on the specs change as i break parts. It has been a month since that pic was taken and the bike has new rims, seat, pedals, guide and tyres of course, The bike comes in at around 40 pounds with the current spec. So if i get time i will get some more pics. I have had mine for about 6 months now but they are ready to be realeased in australia when i get back which will be around october.

To me it looks like someones taken' a Sunday and a DH Comp and morphed it into one beast of a bike.
