For anyone interested in doing a warm up pre Careflight ride on Sun, I'll be a doing a few laps of Manly Dam tomorrow morning from 8am.

I'll see how I feel Oddjob, I'm pretty run down with a cold at the moment. If beer cures it tonight, I'll be there.
