Tried your LBS?
I was in the same situation, having lost all those, and got them for free at my LBS...
Worth a shot.

Yeah, the roadies that run my local bike store may struggle to grasp the concept of a 1.5 steerer assembly, let alone stock suitable equipment. I thought I'd save some grief by posting here, but yeah you're right, I should probably try there also. Getting the set up for free would be great! Worth a shot posting here too I guess.
Thanks.
*Update - Attempt at both local bike shops: Unsuccessful
Any help would be appreciated, even if someone could point me in the right direction, where to order them. Someone might have a set up lieing around surely?
Rich.
Bump, any help greatly appreciated!

Bit of a nightmare finding 1.5" bits. Chainreactioncycles.com has them, but the postage would cost more than the star-nut. Might be worth a shot if you were ordering other things. Otherwise contact the distributors of companies that make 1.5" stuff. FSA, Cane Creek and DaBomb are good places to start. A good bike shop would be able to do this for you.
