Its awsome...and the way its been built allows for all skill levels...can easyly be done on a Cross country bike...which is great... has heaps of Pro built berms...a massive wooden berm..wooden table top...and a NS ramp to drop off at the end...best thing is that its all leagal.

I don't know why this thread is in 'Freeride' section but never mind. Bronwyns is a fun little muck around track. It is located in the top left corner of THIS MAP (http://mtbdirt.com/trails/maps/gapcrk-trailsmap05.pdf) and is labeled 'Bronwyns'.

I agree Bronwyns is a great track for all skill levels.....Just a tip when you reach the wooden tabletop you dont need as much speed as it looks so brake before it......I always flat land it by at least 1 metre:D haha lucky i dont ride hardtail
Worth the ride!

I had a ball on this track when I was up on holidays. Iknew it was there, but had trouble finding it. stuble across it by mistake.
The whole area is awesome. You gus n girls are so lucky to have something so close to ride up there.:D
Can't wait to hit it on my DH bike.
Would it be utterly retarded to hit either of these on a Norco250 for a bit of variety and fun?

It would be absolutely fine on a 250.
IMO there is no need for a DH bike at Bronwyns, because its uber smooth/easy. I wouldn't be surprised if it was quicker on a hardtail then a dh bike.
sweet, what about WOW, and others?
I haven't been out there, it would be nice to know which trails are suitable beforehand so I can plan the day. Any help on that one?

good to see somebody finally answered a question that i asked about WOW many posts ago
Slip: the whole area is suitable, there's nothing in the whole of the Gap Creek Forest that can't be happily smashed on a hardtail. Even the old illegal DH tracks inside the ring-road were hardtail friendly when they were running.
