360's are easy but whats the difference between doing a 360 out of a quarter and doing one over a box?
will i eat shit if i go about it just like i was 360ing out of a quarter

Theres not much that can happen out of a 1/4 pipe. I dont even ride park or dj and I try them. Just make sure you get enough air and throw your head the way you want to turn as hard as you can (aswell as the bike). I don't even get close when I'm mucking around on mates hardtails, but if I don't make it I just bounce off.

had a look on you tube , and couldnt find anything. 360ing out of a 1/4 is easy but some bmxers say its totally different than 3'0ing a dj

make sure you push foward when you spin. Almost liek pumping. Puch foward and spin later. Try this out of a quater first then try it over a box. Sorta like this. although i wasnt try to spin distance but it sitll shows pushing through. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbUQ44PXJpA

It is completely different, I can 360 out of a bank or quarter any day. But when I try to take it to dirt or a box I can't quite get there. I'm very close because I'm learning to do them over a dirt table top and can land with the front wheel over the lander, but back wheel still not making it. I think there is more commitment involved because when I try them over the dirt I don't hit the jump as quick as I usually would, I go slower which is probably stupider.

Just push fowards heaps then you go distance. But yes speed and commitment are also two huge factors.

By push out do you mean push the bars down or push the bike right out infront of you through the spin?

Like pump through it like a speed jump but spin. It will take a little time to get the hang of it.

I'm not understanding you 100%. I'd also like to try 3'0s.

if you can land a 360 out of a 1/4 and land front wheels first or both wheels same time you should be good to try it on a jump
