If you are talking about Canarvon Gorge near Kilarney, I'd say yes, take your bike. I've been for a few rides around there, sure there was no singletrack, but some fun can still be had. Maybe go for a ride along the border track. May I ask where you are staying exactly?

You can probably ride around the camp site there but not on the tracks. Canarvon gorge is a pritty sweet place though! I would love to head back there! Heaps of rare wildlife and the tamest platypus I have ever seen in my life! Have an open mind and you will realy enjoy the place.

when i went there, which was about five years ago it was just a campground with walking tracks all around it. i don't know what it's like now but i can't imagine it to be filled with houses and the like.
you probably could take your bikes and muck around. there were some mountains and stuff so if you feel fit enough to carry your bike up then it could possible ridable on the way down.
