hi,
Has anyone heard of this brand? They have a reasonable looking frame which seems ok for the money. I've never heard of them however and dont want to rush into purchasing a bike i know nothing about. I've checked out their website and they seem to be a solid little company. Can anyone shed some light?

It's priicepoint's generic brand, haven't heard much about them.
I guess you can be the guinea pig - buy one & post a review..

I did actually see one of their frames out here built up. It looked ok, I think it was a 5"ish travel rig... might have been a tad on the heavy side, but can't give you anymore info than that.
However looking at some of the other sette stuff on pricepoint, some of it looks ok, I have bought a sette saddle from them (US$29 and 198grams) and i like it... although some other stuff looks a bit cheap, like their body armour for one. I look at sette like buying target in-house brand stuff :)

Before you get your heart set on this bike. My experience with Pricepoint about 2 years ago was that they would not sell to Australia because their bank could not verify the sending address and the credit card holders address are the same. Pricepoint did not budge on this but JensonUSA and Cambia did once I provided a PDF scan of my licence and credit card.
Things may be different now.

I had the same problems with them when i first bought something. They will sell to Australia but they asked me to send a pic of mt credit card and licence. I was dubious about doing it first but decided to in the end and had no troubles. They only ask for itonce and I have bought stuff from them since.
I have noticed procepoint tends to have quite good prices, but their shipping is really expensive... altho delivery is fast.
