05 STP1, All parts upgraded, worth a look

Hey guys, this is my ride, I bought it stock and upgraded all of the parts on it, tell us what you think about it!

Frame: 05 Giant Stp1
Forks: 2007 RockShox Pike 409
Cranks: Odyssey Wombolts 175mm
Sprocket: snafu 30t
Chain: kmc kool
Singlespeed gearing ratio: 30:14, might try out 30:13 soon
Rear Brake: juicy 7, mx2 temporarily while I find a bleed kit to bleed my juicy 7, if anyone has one that they want to sell reasonably cheaply, i'll buy it.
Seat: Fit Pro
Pedals: Haro sealed bearings, grippy as
Tyres: maxxis holy rollers
Front rim: Camo mtx
Rear rim: Black mtx
Front hub: Da Bomb headspin
Rear Hub: Ano red Hope proII
Stem: easton
Bars: Hussefelt DH 25mm riser
Grips: THE grips

Nice James, Like everyone said the I think the black 05 stp's are nice. My Friend used to have one. The camo mtx looks nice aswell.

camo's make it look awesome. i'd change the fork though. drop offs let it down a bit. but other than that pretty sweet.
did you buy the frame and start from there? or buy complete?

Bought it stock apart from singlespeed then did it up, the forks are alright for the moment.

Very nice. I know that pink camo's exist. But is that pink. I cant quite tell. Nice ride anyway. And good job on selecting the specs. In my opinion next I would get new cranks, and then depending on how much you use your brakes mayb new brakes:) Not meaning to be rude or anything mate just giving you some of my thoughts;)

Cheers guys, nickmann i agree i will get cranks next but that will be later on down the track when i break the hussefelts... and the front mtx is an urban camo one, i will get a matching camo rear rim in a few months probably, thanks...

They just look like it a little, could you tell me, because if they are I will be purchasing a pair. :D

haha, nah they're 20mm but the axle is called a maxle, 20mm axle but they have a quick release lever sort of thing on it.

Sick stp. Lots of people hate them cause everyones got one but i like them. Love the camo rims just ordered myself a new scott yz00 cant wait to get it soon. I'm soo putting camos on mine.

you simpyly need to undo the bolts that hold the bashguard in place. It has nothing to do with your bottom bracket or taking off your crank arms.

Atleast in my case it didn't.

What gearing raito and chain are you running, i cant seem to get the tension anywhere near right on my stp.

32:14 on a kmc z chain with 1 half link in it, not as strong as my kmc kool chain but way way more convenient, so i'm not going to put my kmc kool chain back on until i break this one.
