Depends on how fast you drive, and thats to the base of the course. Shuttles take 30-40mins for a loop (drive up and down, loading bikes etc etc) for the old track, not sure about the new track though.

If you take the old track shuttle and remove all the driving parallel to (and crossing) the freeway and then take out all the driving across the top of the mountain range, then you have the new shuttle.

As Mullan said, 10mins from the bottom to the top. the old ones was closer to 25min - 30min each way.

According to the posted map on the first page of this thread Palmers road is a good bet.

You can actually get off the exit before Palmers Road.

Try getting off at Freemans Drive. I think it may be signposted as the exit to go to Cessnock.

Coming from the south, you can get off at morisset exit, turn right, then left at the second round about. This will take you thru coorangbong and avondale (approx 10kms) before taking a left into mt faulk road. This way is actually shorter than going all the way to the cessnock/kurri exit on freemans drive and then back tracking to mt faulk rd.
