Does any know of DH vidoes that will help me in Dh as im new to the sport and need some tips on cornering, braking and speed controling.
does any 1 have pics of the (EASY) course of clear mountain and yes i did do a SEARCH and i didnt find what i was looking for.

a great dvd to watch would be the fundamentals mountain bike technique video, explains/shows you skills for all aspects of riding prodomently downhill.

Kona dh rider, the majority of your posts are totally useless, please don't post if it's something stupid. Look at the vid fundamentals, helped alot of people out, not me for some reason though...

I think he was saying if you don't know the answer a question you don't have to post. Wait a while and see if other have something to offer before asking for clarification.

The fundamentals dvd is ok . The dvd has a few ridding tips and runs you through your bike set up . I think by watching mtb dvd `s and taking notice of rider styles is the best way to learn and understand . Pm me your address and i will fling you my copy of fundermentals < i would like it back though >.

screw DVD's get out to races, and watch the elite guys, they go crazy, then go to your local trail and then try and do what you saw them do :D

You should check out www.yarravalleycycles.com. There is a really informative guide called "Downhill 101". I am a complete beginner and working up the confidence to do my first race this year, and the info there was the best I have seen on the web to date.
