Downhill near Byron Bay?

Hi,
I'm heading to byron from the 10th to the 21st for work. Anyone from the area feel like getting some shuttles in?
If not, can someone pm me some directions to some local trails?

from searching, it seems like i'll be heading into the lbs to ask, and then probably heading out to federal - does this sound right?

If noone is keen, i'll probably make a trip down to coffs on the weeked in between for a day trip and i can carry another bike down if anyone from the area wants to come down.

hi clockworkedorange . Ill be in coffs on the 11th till the 16th and could get up to Byron , with bike and ute . Maybe we could organise something . My brother will be with me < to do the driving > so we could do a few days of ridding between coffs and Byron .
