Well I'm sure at least a few of you if not all have heard of google sketch, free to download off google. It is designed to give people the ability to make a 3D version of the dream house or architecture designs ect. but as i found and some fo you might have it can be used for other preferences too...here are some pics of some of my 4X track, if you have done something similar post up some pics!

Looking sweet so far, hope you actually get round to building it. I've never used Google Sketch before but I do lots of 3D modeling in 3ds max.

That track is madness! Is it simply a concept? Or do you have the land?
Edit: Checked location. Guessing not in Chatswood :(

That is awesome.
Must have taken a while to come up with that, nice work though.
Would be awesome if that could become reality, what a 4X track, it would the best in Australia by far. :D

Looks good mate, I've been working on our design for some time. We even have the land sorted! The track is plotted in google sketch, with the elevation and directions to scale, we used survey equipment to get the measurements. Heres and early mockup...

hey that design is really nice, the berm's...hmmm. I have tought a few friends at school but without you being at the comp with me it's hard to explain, you have to make about 3-4 starter curves and raise them, then you have to join them all by triangles...confused yet. Hope you figure it out

Our computing teacher, showed us the programme when it came out for a bit of fun in the lesson, and I thought after designing some houses, this could be used for dirt jumps, and from there I've gone inot 4X designs.

That is AWESOME. If someone had the time and motivation they could make "Virtual" animations of all the tracks in the national series... Then they could be put on the net for people to look at and study...:) (Just a thought)
