The main event of today was the 4X finals. In the womens event there were only 8 competitors. Jill Kintner looked awesome all afternoon and easily won all her races. She is now World Champion for the second year in a row. Congrats Jill!

Prokop matched Jill's form in the mens event also winning all of his races. However there was a lot of competition for the other positions with a lot of close racing and quite a bit of crashing. Cedric went down in his first heat. Lopes went down in the 1/4 finals after tangling with Michal Marosi in the second turn. Lopes didn't end up racing the small final which was suprising as it seemed as though him and his bike suffered no damage in the crash. In the final Roger R crashed after the main straight after being second to Prokop for the entire race to that point.

The only aussie to make it past their first heat was Alex Lloyd. He ended up making it to the quater finals although someone has to tell him that he needs to raise the visor on his D2. He looks like a sporty at the moment.
