The first round of the UCI World Cup kicks off this week, with the worlds best riders converging on Fort William to contest DH, 4X and XC events.

"So what's farkin.net going to do to make my World Cup experience better?" you ask, well for starters we've got a timetable for the weekends events in both GMT (WC local) time and in AEST for the Aussies amongst us.

Last year's World Cup round in Fort William saw home town favorite Steve Peat take a nasty fall in the final, runing the dream of a Brit on the podium at the first British World Cup round.

The win was taken by a rampaging Chris Kovarik, who stormed the final to win by 14 seconds, that's right, 14 seconds, it still blows me away.

So stay tuned for news on qualifying and racing in both DH and 4X as farkin.net brings you all the goss, results and a race report from one very fast Madcatz rider.

Farkin.net, unlike so many websites out there this one is updated all the time.
